Bio:

Efton is no stranger to achieving great success. With a Bachelor's Degree from Stanford University and a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration from the Earl Warren School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley, Efton’s track record as a proven Executive with over 15 years of Executive Search experience and 20 years Senior Healthcare Executive experience at the CEO and COO Level is unparalleled in the Recruiting Industry.

Prior to joining Management Recruiters of Berkeley in 1993, Efton had a successful track record in the healthcare field as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer in the acute hospital sector. While at Management Recruiters of Berkeley, he became a Certified Senior Account Manager and won several prestigious awards, including Top Producing Account Manager within MRINetwork. After gaining tremendous success, he was recruited from Management Recruiters of Berkeley for a Chief Operating Officer opportunity, followed by an Interim CEO position at a public healthcare system.

Efton returned to Management Recruiters of Berkeley in early 2008 as the Vice President of the Healthcare Practice, accepting the role of the Practice Leader. The Healthcare Division continues to provide talent management and talent acquisition services at the senior leadership level and has expanded its offering at the Nurse Management and specialist levels in order to fully utilize its team's capability.

With Efton's broad knowledge and experience in the public and private sector, our clients can be confident in his ability to meet their senior leadership talent acquisition needs. His attention to detail, strong planning skills and subject matter expertise contribute to the successful completion of any assignment that we are entrusted with.

Efton is a Board member of the California Associate of Healthcare Leaders, where he chairs the Career Development and Transition Committee.
