Joining the team in the fall of 2012, Michelle has quickly proven herself to be a strong agent for change in people’s lives.  Her artistic background has brought creativity to the process by providing “out of the box” career insight for candidates, encouraging them to bring their best foot forward.

As a Project Recruiter she teams up with the Account Managers in the firm to identify, qualify and recruit talented candidates that meet and exceed the needs of our client companies.  In her short time with Management Recruiters of Berkeley she has been a part of almost a dozen successful placements.

Michelle also serves as the firm’s Operations Manager, assisting with the behind the scenes inner workings and providing valuable support to assist the firm in reaching its goals.

Michelle graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies and a minor in Art History.  Prior to joining the firm she was a Visual Effects Artist contributing to over 30 films.  During her time off Michelle enjoys being outdoors and dabbling in digital photography.
